My guess is it became pretty clear there lawsuit wasnt going anywhere.
Golden Boy and certainly Top Rank have the resources to see this through.

All of the shows have been promoted by the cadre of DiBella Entertainment, Warriors Boxing, TGB Promotions, Mayweather Promotions, and Groupe Yvon Michel, with other smaller promoters working in association on certain events. lol
Not to mention, I'd bet dinner that the fighters on these events Ali Act financial disclosures only list the money paid from PBC to the "promoter", and not the actual revenue received by PBC, which flies in the face of the laws intent.....Last edited by OnePunch; 07-01-2015, 05:34 PM.

again I didn't say anything bad about anybody, I'm just saying facts, u guys are just too sensitive about this whole race thing, normal people talk about these things all over the world without getting called racist, freedom of speech my ass.
No I'm not a blonde aryan, I'm an african! and NO I'm not a ****** and no I don't hate ***s, but still they're in control of everything.
But you don't even mention that Oscar is a Mexican. And he's trying to sue for twice what Arum is.
Does that somehow suggest Mexicans are powerful and greedy and control the sports world?
You argument is complete trash, and goes nowhere. That's why no one listens to black people.

At that time they were going after golden boy AND Haymon.

But still, Haymon has been planning for this for years, he can drag this out as long as need be.
And lets be serious, has anyone read the Ali Act? It's reads like a 15 year old kid wrote it, i don't know how well that document will hold up in court.
Although boxing360 did lose there promoters license over not following it in the proper manner.

Was the reason for payment specified? Were the individuals involved highlighted? From what I gathered the payment was from Haymon Sports LLC to Chavez Jnr Promotions. In case people do not know, companies have their own legal identity.
It would have to be proven that the companies are mere shells. I believe they would also have to prove the purpose of the payments.Last edited by Beater_of_ass; 07-01-2015, 05:43 PM.
