It's also worth pointing out that the above reflects company's. Irrespective of their name, it is not proof that the payment was made by Al Haymon. Companies have their own legal identity: they would need to prove the company is shell and that Al Haymon is pulling the strings.

It is a legitimate anti-trust lawsuit filed by Top Rank, Al Haymon is monopolizing the pro boxing industry. If this goes to federal court, Haymon will most likely lose. Arum is a top notch Harvard lawyer and knows the law, having Petro representing TR gives them a leverage. Haymon is a businessman and there is no need for this to go to the court unless the feds opens its own investigation.

Isn't vanes with haymon now? I'm calling bs on that. It might of had some sort of credibility if he said it earlier but now that its "coming to light" after the lawsuit was made public its just rubbish. Expect a lot of haymon fighters come to his aid, especially formally signed with TR who jumped ship

Also, how do you know that Haymon gets all the revenue? Mayweather promotions got theirs in the May/Pac fight.

You may want it to be painfully clear that Haymon is violating the act, but so far it doesn't seem like a clear violation, but hey thats what cases are for. I don't see Arum or GB winning tho
The Ali Act permits a fighter to act as his own promoter. It does NOT permit a manager to act as a promoter.

Showtime's rights fee goes to Haymon Sports, which is then paid out to Chavez Jr's company.

Golovkin is with HBO; basically as simple as that. HBO not doing business with Haymon is the only real barrier; Top Rank is the house promoter for HBO, Golden Boy has moved their only marketable star to HBO, as is the case with K2 and Main Events. If you're locked into doing business with HBO or HBO-affiliates, Haymon isn't in your view.

In case people forget Chris Algieri fought in the main event of the PBC on Spike card against Amir Khan with no issue (Algieri didn't have to sign a contract with Haymon and Star Boxing, after fulfilling their obligations to Banner Promotions, who have a symbiotic relationship with Top Rank as is, was free to look for the best opportunity for their fighter without having to owe anyone anything, win or lose).

You look at the actual fight cards, and you see fighters from his banner, but also other smaller promoters getting their own fighters on these shows.
