Let's be honest, doesn't this fight seem a year and a half too old?
I'm definitely watching, interested in seeing if Leo can finally break through a maybe shell of Mares prime.
Also, I don't understand how they don't have this on Floyd's.September under card. Two Mexicans on their independence dayComment

Too late for all those facts bro, I'm already in the parking lot at stub hub with a beer cracked waiting for this fight to come on. And Castellanos v Russell sounds like a good fight I'd want to see regardless, make it happen!
[ Seriously though, they do need to put it somewhere logical, should be the first PBC that won't need any help at the box office.]Comment

Because nowhere in your OP did you provide that link/info.How is it misleading?
Two-division champion Leo Santa Cruz (30-0-1, 17KOs) was in Las Vegas for this past Saturday's battle between Shawn Porter and Adrien Broner. Porter was able to get off the deck in the 12th round to win a decisive unanimous decision. As for his future plans, Santa Cruz addressed rumors of a potential summer showdown against fellow Mexican Abner Mares (29-1-1, 15KOs). The fight has been rumored to be possibly taking place on either August 29th or September 5th.
