It's not quite the same, but it's also not fine, I can admit that.

Brook is to khan, what khan is to Mayweather... To some extent.

Still, the op is right, Brook has inserted himself into a debate without the same credentials and that's a fact.

All this khan nit picking is to cover up that brook has gotten to 29 yo after 30 odd fights and has just started to win some okay fights....

Even though khan has ****** fits I can see his position.

I hear you, I just don't think it's an absolute struggle for him.

He looked like he'd been indulging himself when he was in the studio for the Broner vs Porter scrap. He's no Ricky Hatton, but he's not exactly Bernard Hopkins either when it comes to living the life.

You don't need the same credentials to fight Khan as you would to fight Mayweather. I would certainly question Khan's welterweight credentials.

I don't think Brook genuinely thinks he is in the frame for Mayweather, it's just another thing to rock the boat of the Khan camp and add another layer to building up a Khan vs Brook clash.

Well I don't think you need the credentials you think you need to fight mayweather, based on previous choices.

Khan needs to present a business case more than anything, he is credible enough as a boxer, he just can't express anything eloquently, at all.

Brook is headed down the right path, he gradually worked his way up to championship level, then had an unfortunate incident. After, the porter fight he was out then a lot of the top ww had fights lined up so he did the mandatory then a stay busy fight

Brook has a belt in the same division Khan is in. How the **** isn't that a valid credential.

Do you guys listen to yourselves?

Fair enough man, I really have no issue with Mayweather's resume now the Pacquiao fight is done.

Sooner Mayweather packs it in, sooner everybody can focus on the fights that could happen like Khan, Bradley, Brook, Thurman, Porter etc mixing it with each other more.

There's more to credentials than a flippin belt!

There's more considerations that go into a fight match up!

Don't get me wrong, Brook has a strong case, just not the complete bullet proof case being made out.

Plus brook/hearne have been disdainful towards khan, I think there's a big part thinking fcuk em, at the same time he can't not consider it, at least he will be quietly.

Brook should have really gone and lost the fight to Shawn Porter.

Since Devon Alexander provided the necessary credentials to fight Khan having done just that.
