    Stick to the OP.

    Well, said.

    • The luckiest boxer at the moment, for me, is Deontay Wilder. Fought nothing but tomato cans and an out of shape, gunshy, subdued Stiverne. Honestly, I think he is just a few fights away from an Audley Harrison-style KO.

      • None of you guys slamming Brook can suggest anything different he could have done, your basically just slamming him for have an undefeated record.

Seen as you've basically made this a Khan thread I might as well give my thoughts on him as well.

Of course Khan has a better record than Brook. He had some real good wins at light-welterweight in Maidana and putting away Judah like he did, but he left the division with unfinished business (Peterson and Garcia) in order to pursue a shot at Mayweather or Pacquiao.

He has basically gone backwards in moving up by lowering his level of opposition. I don't put the blame all on Khan because 147 is littered with former lightweights and light-welters all chasing the same thing as him.

Brook can't hope to achieve what Khan has done at lightweight and light-welter because the guy is a natural 147 pounder, but in terms of the welterweight division, Brook has achieved more than Khan.

The world title alone says that, but if you don't think that holds any value, then that is a shame for boxing.

Everything you just said I agree with, although I think Brook could fit in well at 154, dude is HUGE at WW. How long will Brook fans let his 1 good win (which was a boring close hug fest) last for is the real question.

Sure a move up in weight for Brook in the future, but he makes welterweight just fine right now and there are excellent fights to be made.

He'll be facing the top boys within the next 12-18 months and I'm sure you'll be hoping he gets his face caved in, but win or lose he won't be ducking anybody.

In a year's time, Brook will be at 154.

He's not making the weight fine, he's struggling at has done for a while.

                Brook's plan should be Rios....Bradley....Thurman.

If Mayweather or Pacquiao come calling then there's those fights too. Or if Khan's balls stop shrinking, that remains a big fight. He'll also have a mandatory against Alexander or Chaves somewhere.

So plenty to look forward to.

Well I look forward to his next 12 months at welterweight in that case.

Making weight isn't meant to be an easy process, he ain't exactly killing himself like Terrence Crawford was.

Brook is shifting a fair bit of weight to get to 147. This is one of the reasons he's fought above the weight before.

He looks like a lightmiddleweight to me as well.
