I hope it happens, Khan is one of the few fighters who have been around for a while and still not had the opportunity to fight Floyd yet. 80/20 in Mayweather's favour but people need to use their boxing knowledge and not their emotions when breaking down the fight. Mayweather will not fight like Algieri who is a huge guy, he will outbox Khan and maybe push him back but he won't be KO'ing anyone. It'll be a 8/4 or 9/3 kind of fight as everyone of his opponents and analysts have said, he doesn't give up many rounds even when he's hurt.

Who are those fans? Aside from a few delusional Khan fans, majority of fans think that Khan hasn't done anything to earn the fight. He has avoided anyone who drop him on his ass since he last fought and did the moonwalk and the stanky leg against, Garcia. Khan is a con artist and i can't knock his hustle for trying to talk his way to fight Floyd, but deep down inside, he knows that if he fights the likes of Thurman, Brook, or even a rematch with Maidana before he fights Floyd, he'd likely get put to sleep.
