The business aspect of boxing holds very little interest for me.

The fact remains..... IF, Canelo attempts to insinuate that he is the A-side with Cotto, then he wont get anywhere near a ring with Cotto.

Canelo - who I like - sounded like a silly kid, when he insisted that Cotto should lose millions so that Canelo could go head-to-head with Mayweather for May 2nd.

If Canelo fits in, like he did with Mayweather, he will get that fight.

Wasn't he like 19 and struggling to make the 140 limit? He's taken clean shots from Mosley and took them well. And most recently Angulo and Kirkland. Took some on the chin and didn't get rocked

it was 147 and cotto's brother was 3 weight classes below and went up to 147 from 130-135 that he was at. but that was then and this is now. if cotto can take the punches well from canelo then i think canelo has a problem.

To those haters that bash Cotto for taking a knee against Margarito go kick rocks. The man was getting his face smashed with plastered gloves what the hell do you expect him to do? As for Canelo I personally never bought into the hype and believe after this fight he will have to realize he needs a new trainer. Cotto will out box Canelo like Floyd did but instead he will hit him with viscous shots. Miguel's brother rocked Canelo back in the day and I'm sure he can hurt him too.
