This reminds me of Kirklands quote before the Canelo fight, when he said "I want to be so close to Canelo its like we're ****ing"

    It was so awkward

Algieri went life and death with Provodnikov too though. Bradley has no power. I root for the guy because he makes up for it with grit and skills.

It's not really that anyone saw Vargas dropping Bradley cold in 7 seconds, it's more like general concern over an elderly ref ****ing up that bad in the most important 7 seconds of a fight. These guys are not held to the same standards as the fighters whose careers they control.

How did Algeri end up with 1 eye??? oh yea Ruslan smacked him around in the 1st round and almost stopped him. Dont try to hype him because Khan looked like ass against him

Tim's correct, no way Vargas would have Kayoed him in the final 10 seconds. He could have gone another full round: http://previews.throwdownfantasy.com...radley-vargas/

Not all fights end with fighters on the ground not saying it would've ended but with seven seconds left we really don't know

Hey nastrodamus, you are purely speculating as to what may have happened. Nobody expected Vargas to rock him that hard in the first place so why is it so unbelievable top think he may have finished the job? The fact is there was still time left in the fight and Bradley was badly hurt. The ref had no business stopping the fight. It should be changed to a no contest and they should order am immediate rematch in like a month and have it on trutv just to get it out of the way and they can both have their regular fights in the fall. I really hope Vargas wounds his appeal not because I'm a big fan, I'm actually more of a Bradley fan, but because boxing needs to have standards and integrity. I bet if the tables were turned and Vargas was up on the cards and Bradley had him on ***** street and the ref jumped in for no reason and saved vargas you would be singing a different tune

Speaking of Provo, how soon you think before Haymon hand feeds Broner to him

That's what I hate about the Pat Russell incident.
Leaves a void in the last seven seconds that people can just fantasize now about what could've happened.
We all know what bradley would've done and could've done in that situation. But since Pat Russell mucked up the last seven seconds, Vargas and others can say they were on the verge of knocking Bradley out....which is hilarious, but thanks Pat Russell
