You couldn't land a cleaner, harder shot than that one. Bradley took it like the champ he is. 5 time baby!

You realize Vargas first 10 or so fights were at WW. I'd say that's pretty proper.

Plus, how many fighters do you think would have ate that exact same shot and not gone down?

Who thinks that? Is it because he survived the Provodnikov assault?

Bradley was flying across the ring in that fight, the should've lost in round 1.

His chin is vastly overrated on this forum.

That is precisely what I'm saying. He's overrated in general.

MEGA, I really thought Bradley was going to impress and put on a dominant display last night but the only thing you're doing is making threads about how he's tough because he got put on ***** street by a feather fisted junior welter.

So then, this leads me to my next question; is it Tims heart or Tims chin that gets him through?

Vargas isn't a knockout puncher obviously, but sometimes you don't have to be. Vargas landed a number of picture perfect hard counters throughout the fight. That last one in the 12th was perfect and he put everything on it while Bradley walked right into it.

I don't care how many KOs Vargas has on his record, he was throwing punches with real intent, and landing them about as perfectly as you can during exchanges. That is enough to hurt even fighters with good chins.

Nothing to shout about getting rocked by Vargas.

If Brook or Thurman lands like that against Bradley then it's goodnight.

Yes, he has a solid chin. He has been hit with solid punches not only can he take a punch, but he is very smart when he does get hit with one. I remember he got hit by Holt, I was like damn, he took an 8 count kept his cool and got back up and won the fight.

What he did against Provodnikov was very smart also he got hit by solid punch and was hurt what does he do back pedal to the ropes to avoid a knock down he did this a couple of times in that fight.

Against Vargas he back pedal in circles until Vargas got close to him and did the smart thing and started to hold him.

Smart fighters know what to do in that moment like Mayweather against Mosley or Bradley when he is hurt.

Why should he have lost in round one? Because a knockdown wasn't scored and he didn't receive an 8 count? Brilliant.
