This is the perfect opponent to exchange with, as Vargas isn't a puncher like Chaves/Ruslan and Vargas has the reach advantage. I think we'll see Bradley's in-fighting abilities tonight.

I don't know what to think about this fight to be honest, I always liked both fighters and stood up for both when people complained about their styles. Not buying Vargas turning into a Slugger all of a sudden in a new Division.

Bradley we know is a scrappy little dude, if he can take Pacquiao, Chaves and Ruslan Power and make it to the Cards, then you would THINK he shouldn't have any problems dealing with Vargas Power Right? But this is Boxing, anything can happen once they're in that ring

Then the Chaves fight should've been made for Vargas ... There was really no upside for Bradley in that fight. If he beat him "ok... Thurman beat him... So what" but if Vargas beat him people would've been saying "damn Chaves is a pretty tough customer ... He was giving Thurman a run for his money" ... I really couldn't understand Bradley vs Chaves and now Bradley vs Vargas when Rios is sitting around begging for a date... The obvious fight for top rank would've been Bradley vs Rios but that's a fight I'm pretty confident Bradley wins ... You do realize Marquez is 40+, 3-4 divisions over his best weight class, and has a losing record at WW.

bradley has a tendency to make things harder to himself, he can easily outbox this guy and that guy, but at some point you know he will exchange, and i think tonight he is gonna do it, but still, he should beat vargas comfortably.
