Something Fishy About Bradley vs Vargas...

bradley has a tendency to make things harder to himself, he can easily outbox this guy and that guy, but at some point you know he will exchange, and i think tonight he is gonna do it, but still, he should beat vargas comfortably.

This is the perfect opponent to exchange with, as Vargas isn't a puncher like Chaves/Ruslan and Vargas has the reach advantage. I think we'll see Bradley's in-fighting abilities tonight.

Call me paranoid but something seems off about this matchup to me, the way Bradley has been getting matched up in general is off. Chaves is a tough customer not signed to TR, that wasn't a fight that had to happen and Bob none the less put it together. When it went to the scorecards most believe Bradley won aaaaaand ... a draw??? Now he's getting matched up against Vargas, a kid who has seen some decisions go his way that maybe shouldn't have, a kid who doesn't have much of a name but could with a win over a guy like Bradley mostly because of his heritage. Idk I was thinking about putting a few bucks on Bradley, I haven't even checked the line, but something just feels "off" ... It's the exact kind of fight that even if Bradley gets robbed Vargas gets the exposure he needs. Or maybe Bradley is thinking about jumping ship and heading over to PBC?

I think If it's a close fight, Vargas is getting the nod.

Vargas doesn't have what it takes to be the chosen one. He's about as basic as cable. Arum is not that dumb. He's know there's no money in Vargas.

If anything Arum is using Vargas and his little hype to add another notch under Bradley's belt. It will be another "name" and "big" win to rebuild Bradley's brand. I think Arum has treated Bradley well and paid him well. Bradley is getting 1.5 million for an average fight compared to 600000 for Vargas. I think Arum just put the fight together and doesn't care who wins. Whoever wins he promotes them. Arum got Bradley a fight with Marquez and 2 fights with Pacquiao and now a title shot with a guy he should easily beat. In all of these fights Bradley got a very large pay check. I don't see why he would leave Top Rank.

Agree with most of what brick city wrote.

The scorecards will lean towards ,Vargas and Tim doesn't have have that KO power so you'd think it going to the cards. Even if it's a robbery Bradley is a name that solidifies Vargas facing Pac in Macau ( Been predicting this since Dec.)

It's because of Vargas' history of getting gift decisions in fights where he was outclassed and the way Bradley was done wrong against Chaves. I hope that Bradley destroys him so badly there is just no way in hell a robbery could happen.
