Khans resume ****s all over Thurman resume. Thurman has been fighting bums after bums except the Guerrero fight. This guy hasn't beaten a prime fighter or even been in the ring with them. Just like Paulie said "there's always levels in boxing Of course your gonna look good fight a dishwasher". Thurman is no where near khans class until he proves otherwise. Talk is cheap

Anyway, let's talk about who Khan beat 5 years ago once again...

Khantards don't seem to understand that. They are content playing "resume wars" and living off past glories.

I think Thurman gets a lot of undeserved flack in regards to his resume.
Bundu is a solid fighter and Thurman shut him down completely.
Zaveck is a decent fighter that was giving problems to Berto before their bout stopped due an injury I believe? Thurman totally shut him down.
Thurman was able to stop Chaves in a good fight.
Thurman destroyed Julio Diaz. The same Julio Diaz who had recently before that given problems to Porter and Khan.
Soto Karass was riding a nice streak of beating Aydin & Berto and other than one hiccup Thurman dominated and stopped him.
And lastly Thurman beat Guerrero in much more dominant fashion than Floyd was able to.
I think Khan has the better WW win between the two of them with the domination over Devon Alexander, but having problems against Julio Diaz and Chris Algieri doesn't help his WW status.

Maidana is a good win, the rest are average.
Collazo is not a prolific win for Khan and neither for Thurman. However, Thurman did knock Julio Diaz out in 3 rounds who chased Khan all over the ring and knocked him down.
So much for "world level" eh? Will be interesting to see how Thurman deals with Collazo. Maybe if he knocks him out too, people will say he's at Khan's level.
Or maybe they'll just follow Khan's lead and suggest match-ups for others: "I think a good match-up would be Brook vs Algieri"Last edited by LacedUp; 06-27-2015, 12:29 PM.
