I haven't seen Narvaez' skills degrade at all. He's looked pretty much the same in his last few fights as he did in his younger years. Either Inoue is just that good, or Inoue coincidently went old overnight. I highly doubt the later happened. He's still a capable fighter at 115. He's probably imagining it was a fluke.
