Ian John Lewis is a disgrace!

A pathetic and disgusting performance. AGAIN. Great win for Fielding but Vera touched the canvas and Ian John Lewis hesitated (no surprise) and was half counting while Fielding uppercut him on the ground and flattened him when he got up. Shambolic, how can they let him carry on refereeing. He's worse if not as bad as Howard Foster.

Edit: IJ: did the same in the Joshua-Johnson fight where AJ clearly knocked him down after the round. As a ref you have to count a KD or take a point (or DQ as Johnson was pretty much out), instead he picked Kingpin up and put him in the corner.

It was really bad from the ref to not pause the stop after Vera's glove touched the canvas.

The commentators and pundits were shocked when Smith said it was terrible refereeing. It's like Nelson was never a boxer, he knows nothing.

Yeah the ref was quite out of position there. Vera didn't 'protect himself at all times' though.

Spot on, Shannon Briggs was in intensive care after. I'm surprised he wants the other Klitschko #LETSGOCHAMP

Technically true but the ref could and should have stopped it and ruled it as a slip or KD before resuming the fight, he half counted/watched it. He might as well have punched Vera in the back of the head.

its beyond a joke now, every single card has at least one laughable reffering decision.
