Is this a ploy to duck Povetkin? Teddy atlas saw deep talent in povetkin, just because he knocked fools out cold left and right doesn't mean he's roiding. I seriously think his technique is responsible for his KO's not strength.
What evidence does Wilder have Povetkin is on steroids?

It's just a generic uncreative stalling tactic that at least 100 different people predicted when they realized Povetkin was mandatory
Povetkin is one of the least physically imposing heavyweights, looks almost like a normal sized man in a division of hulked out freaks with gynecomastia -

Teddy Atlas was smoking crack and hoping for a steady job as a trainer when he saw "deep talent" in Povetkin.
Povetkin is a blown-up Cruiserweight who has some fast hands I guess but is slower than s*** on his feet, has average power, and has short arms.
Since he looked like a Russian Mike Tyson against a shot Perez, many are su****ious that he's on something. Wilder is not the only one..Comment

It just seems to be the 'in' thing at the minute. Accuse your opponent or possible opponent of taking PED's.
Dull, predictable, cheap shots. Got old really quick. if you want testing, that's fair enough..just put it in the contract and stop talking about it.Comment

Every time a fighter is really good they get accused of using steroids. I don't think steroids help much if at all. A fighter is good or he isn't. If he is not a good fighter steroids won't turn him into a good fighter. We had great fighters and huge punchers before steroids were around. Guys like Robinson, Ali, Monzon, Joe Louis, Armstrong and so many others were great fighters and great punchers and no boxers used steroids then or even knew they existed. It sounds like Wilder would rather keep fighting hand picked softies than fight guys like Povetkin, Wlad or Fury.Comment
