Like two explosions, both coming forward. Not impossible to see Lemieux catching Golovkin with something hard where he does not recover, but I have to go with Golovkin who has a few more tools, skills, for the KO win. Fun while it lasts for sure.

The WBC title that Cotto is holding hostage should be K2's number one priority. Cotto was suppose to fight Canelo. That fell through and Cotto fought Geale. Now Cotto must be made to fight GGG or else forfeit his WBC title. It is one thing for Cotto not to want to fight GGG; it is another for Cotto to retain the WBC title without having to make his next fight against GGG. Lemieux can be knocked out by GGG after GGG gets the WBC title from Cotto.

Cotto is facing Canelo next for more $. Why would K2 even want to be handed the title without a name attached. K2 say they want all the belts, we'll get this one out of the way get Lemiuex crazy dough before his team can change their mind.

But a Lil research shows there is no current mandatory yet. K2 contacts IBF, they say its fine for a Lemieux vs Golovkin clash right now. Oscar then comes out and says mandatory first, and then ANOTHER fight and after that they'll fight Golovkin. After some backlash, Lemieux comes out talking about he'll fight Golovkin, if the money is right. That's a preemptive excuse. Of course the money won't be right. $1m, $2m, it won't be enough. They'll fight their "mandatory" for less money and of course that money will be right because it will be against a guy they know he can beat. IBF ranked #8-15, since everyone else is tied up.
