If Floyd really wants to push it, screw it. If Errol wants to take him now, so be it. At least the Spence hype train won't make it through the fall.

Easy fight for Keith or Shawn. They have experience on being in that limelight, while Spence is just going with whatever Floyd says.

Errol will be damaged if he gets iced by Thurman. Errol getting all the attention Floyd is giving him..pressure is mounting up to be the next best thing ,and now is being thrown in there sink or swim.

And he just came off from facing lo Greco, who had all.of.two days once Roberto Garcia babied out.

        Yeah Errol is ready.

It's not a easy fight for either of them and they know it. If if was easy they would jump on it. Spence is more talented than both of them. They better get him now in 2016 or 17 he's going to be a absolute problem.

Not sure about Keith but Kenny Porter likes the kid a lot. He knows it's too soon. There was a video put out by thaboxingvoice. Kenny was telling stories of Errol and how Errol character wouldn't allow himself to sign with Mayweather promotions.

Why not? As someone said already, it'll be easier to beat him right now than say two years from now. If Errol really wants it, Keith should want it. He will either call his bluff or beat him. If he loses to Errol right now that is not good.

They could always rematch in the future.

I don't think Spence needs to sign with Mayweather Promotions both are Haymon fighters it's all the same umbrella anyways. What Spence does is pick Floyd brain as much as possible. Look at like Porter is more than likely done growing as a fighter; Thurman might peak a bit more. It's better to beat this young buck now than let him build up momentum with expierence.

Ken Porter doesn't like the "little boy down the road". But who is Spence signed with promotion-wise? If it's Haymon, then surely Uncle Al is moving him slow for a reason.

I doubt Haymon will want to throw him in with Thurman at this point without Spence having faced anyone near that calibre. Maybe Andre Berto or Karim Mayfield would be a decent step-up fight for Spence, let Floyd fight Thurman. There's a good main and co-main right there.

I am hearing he is signed to Floyd and has the Floyd promotions badge on his shorts

I'd have no problem with Keith fighting Spence AFTER Keith gets a named top ten welterweight.

Keith has earned it, there's no reason for him to step back right now.

Spence also needs to be in with a live dog before stepping up to Thurman, but I wouldn't mind seeing him get beat this early.
