there is no question garcia gets a ton of flake. the reason being is he took a few easy matches and even tho it was to bridge the time until pbc started up and not because he was ducking anyone people still wont let it go. honestly i think even the paulie fight makes a ton of sense since its his first fight at 147 but when people hate its rare for that hate to ever leave

Garcia's Problem Is Al Haymon Makes All His Decisions& Danny Doesn't Say Boo!

Danny was on the right track with fans until he chose to get on his knees for Al Haymon. Twice having a chance to defend his 140 title to Lamont Peterson, he let Pimp Al, choose some milk toast instead. Once was a disgusting choice in Rod Salka and Garcia wasn't man enough to say "Al, I'm Champion...I only fight the best". When he finally got paired with Peterson it had to be a catch weight with no title on the line. Peterson won that fight, yet Haymon's influence led judges in another direction. Garcia is led around like a hooker and I'm waiting for him to learn just how hard these 147lbers hit.
