Lol fail. Wtf point are you even trying to make. He said lara needs 2 fights at 160 before he can't fight golovkin. Yet it's ok for for ggg to call out a welterweight and smw without moving up or down..

Because they don't regard Lara as the next best challenger. As somebody else pointed out to you, Lara has a name, but it's a bad name, as a runner and a spoiler, who stinks out the joint and bores the fans.

Why do you expect Loefler to chase after a guy like that, when he has no title and has never even fought at MW before?

Better a no-name like Monroe Jr than a known spoiler like Lara. With a no-name, especially a big, young, powerful looking kid like Monroe, there is always that element of mystery that can be built on and used to sell the fight.

With Lara, you know exactly what you are going to get. You also know it's something the fans don't want to see.

There is also the Haymon vs HBO issue. If Lara really wanted to fight GGG, and Haymon was ok about letting him do it, wouldn't his manager have said so by now, to get that doubt out of the way and put some pressure on Loefler to make a move for it?

Loefler said he would look at Lara as a possibility, so maybe something is happening behind the scenes. But I don't think this fight will happen, because I don't think either side wants it.

You are obviously a hater. Lemieux is looking verry strong now and is not just a c_class fighter. Anyway, GGG would knock him out, not because Lemieux is so bad, but because GGG is so good. Now get out of here. Lemieux can still improve though. I hope the fight happens 2016. The 160 weight class is just about getting stronger so GGG can stay there and have enough to do in the coming years.

Why doesn't he sack up and fight Ward? He mentions literally every name from 154-168 except Andre Ward's. What a coward!
LOl! Yes hes mentioning every Name besides one and you call him a Coward, seriously get out of here. GGG doesnt need Ward.

"Make a play" in what sense? Like I said, it's funny that Loeffler is straight on the phone to Oscar before they've even put the belt around Lemiuex's waist but when it comes to Lara, he always seems to forget to call him. Why is that?

Golovkin's team will dictate the network it's on (HBO), it's up to them to make an offer to Lara. Why do they call everyone else and brag about it but when it comes to Lara, it's Lara who has to "make a play"

Like I said, Golovkin's team are like a bunch of high school girls playing hard to get when it comes to Lara or Andre Ward.

But they're scrambling around like fat birds looking for a prom date calling Lemiuex and now even Oscar himself non-stop to try to make those fights

Another Golovkin fan who is literally admitting that he wants to see GGG in with no namers and no hopers rather than have a tricky fight against a world class fighter.

              This is beyond sad.

But whatever. I'd like to know why beating Murray, and everybody else he's gone up against, so easily, makes Golovkin a bum, in your eyes?

And also, why you are calling for GGG to move up to 168, instead of calling for the other MW belt-holders to man up and fight him.?
Because hes one of them guys who just want to see GGG lose. One of them guys who cant stand a eastern-european to be a force in his division.

When did Bradley become a middleweight? I like the guy as a person but would hate to see him try to fight Golovkin. I think his wife might divorce him if he took that fight.

Golovkin could fight his wife but he only wants to move up in weight for a big PPV fight.

                    • That is how the cookie crumbles, which is why it was painful listening to Oscar discuss how GBP would be different and go all out to make the big fights fans want to see.

The IBF would likely deal on the mandatory and I am pretty sure they are one of the ones that really allows unification to take precedent over mandatory shots.

That said doing it for not much more money that a mandatory would be kind of silly on GBP's part, the players need to come correct if they want that fight to happen or things will just take the normal flow.
