I don't think he's got the personality for it.

He's a great fighter, he does everything well and he's a winner...all things a star attraction needs. Unfortunately, he's not got a strong personality. His 24/7 with Dawson was painfully boring and its hard to make a skilled fighter a major attraction when he's not often seen away from the ring.

Roc Nation is doing everything they can with him. It was great to have Curry walk Ward out..that may have been the only reason it was on sportscenter. But it's still going to be impossible to make money off of Ward. He demands a lot of money, he doesn't act ignorant or crazy, yet he's not exactly an easy guy to root for because his personality is prickly and condescending.

I think the plan is to attract elite fighters with charisma when they see how good roc nation is treating Ward.

What RNS can do is sign some more fighters to their stable and put up some good undercard fights in his events, Ward needs a solid opponent, like a GGG at 168 or a Kovalev at 175 and charge like 39.99 and at least get him in there in the ppv road, but they need to pick up some free agents like a Gamboa or a Mikey Garcia if he's a free agent.

Maybe they can try to get Richard Schaefer to join their team, which I doubt, because he might be heading on team Haymon, but then again Haymon got Mayweather promotions now so who knows anything is possible with money.
