I don't think Floyd can afford to refuse to fight and risk millions come fightnight.
I won't hold my breath waiting on your reply but who knows maybe you'll do 2 posts in a day - go for it!

Floyd ducking GGG at 154 doe!! Soon as they show just the slightest interest, these new GGG "fans" get shook, "he drained doe!", i knew it all along, they dont want that fight to happen
Wow, excuses already and the fight hasnt even happened

Floyd would literally get no credit whatsoever for this. Even with GGG being the one who suggested it. Just look at Ward-Dawson to see how the aftermath would be for fans.

That really sound like a MW to you ?
IF Cotto beats Canelo, he will likely fight Golovkin at 155.
And considering the following three facts, that is fine.....
* Cotto was forced to put his welterweight title on the line at 145lbs
* Cotto weighed 153 for Geale
* Golovkin stated that he will drop to 154 to fight Mayweather

Not a fight I'm particularly interested in. If its at 160, GGG is picking on an old, blown up super featherweight fighter who has no business competing at middleweight. If its at a catchweight, Floyd is draining a much bigger fighter and weakening him. There isnt a situation where both fighters come in fully healthy and at 100%.
Floyd should go after guys like thurman, khan, brook, porter, etc. GGG should wait on cotto-canelo, andy lee, lemiuex. Fight guys in their current division.

Just discussing Golovkin with my mate at work, this is his impression......
NOTE: I do not agree with this, just food for thought.
When Brandon Rios was at lightweight, he was blowing everyone out, dominating..... and Rios was dominating better opposition than Golovkin is currently fighting. What happened when Rios moved up ?
Suddenly, Abril and Alvarado are tough opposition.

Fact of the matter is that these rankings always have and will be overlooked for a big match. Like I said, I'm perfectly fine with Jr not fighting GGG, if the fight was made and contracted at 154, and they both make weight, there's nothing to whine about.
And before you get further butthurt over an opinion, I think Floyd beats GGG. So stfu already.
