I kind of still think Porter was one something against Malignaggi. Didn't look as powerful in any of his fights since then when he's had to test every time.

Paulie is basic, plain and simple nothing special, jab jab straight cross, jitter around rinse repeat. Other than using his chin as defence he's got good whiskers.

Porter's pitbull style just doesn't leave Paulie with much to work with. Porter was just walking through everything Paulie shot and at the end of the day Paulie just isn't very good, he has lost all of his step up fights, nothing more than a loud, glorified gate keeper. Porter also didn't land against Broner flush that many times, Broner was clinching too much, which is why he didn't look as destructive.
