Truth be told, Broner still has the drawing power to be a main event on a ESPN Friday Night Fights card. Just saying.

Sadly, ESPN Friday Night Fights had its last ever show a couple weeks back. ESPN may work with Haymon/GBP or someone to put on fight shows, at least I heard something like that, but not sure how that is coming along. Teddy Atlas needs to come over to some network because though I don't always agree with him, he added spark to the fights.

Broner can still make some money and be a contender but whatever fire was missing from him last Saturday, needs to return. He will have to re-invent himself in a number of ways. A) learn to be more humble, B) train more seriously and figure out what division he is going to fight in and C) turn on the heat and open up his arsenal. Go for the KO more or at least keep his hands moving. Two times in his last 3 fights he got a late knockdown. If he opens up more and lets his hands fly, he can be a dangerous fighter. Maybe he will surprise us and become more vicious in the ring. The way he ripped through 130 and 135, he was hell bent on making a statement and tore those guys heads off, walking them down, opening up on them. He needs to go back to that because the two knockdowns he handed opponents in the last 3 fights tells me he can nail a fighter HARD.

Now that everyone has turned on Broner, and kicked him when he is down, it sort of has me rooting for him to clean up his act and be humble and want him to come back hard and strong and win. I like seeing arrogant fighters fall and humble fighters rise....maybe he will be more humble or cool the act a little.
