I think AJ was a minor when he was caught with the weed therefore it doesn't affect his visa application.

if he was convicted of trafficking then no way but if its just possession then it aint a problem

I got 2 small pot possession & a DUI all when I was 18 & 19. I can't just stroll into the states. Maybe I could & maybe I couldn't. I know guys who have got through & told them about their record but I have also had people get denied. He would have to pay for a US travel waiver. I'm sure his promoter has a good lawyer & can get it fast tracked. the average citizen it's about $1500 & takes 8-9 months to clear from Canada anyway & its only good for a year. Then you can apply for another but have to pay fee again. I know someone on their 3rd waiver & it was a 5 year waiver by the 3rd one but he had to pay the usual fee all 3 times but the waiting period wasn't as long after the first one...
