It has only been 1.5 months since Floyd defeated #48, but the threads on this message board about #48 have decreased by 80 percent while threads about the next in line, Golovkin, have increased by 80 percent. If Mayweather were to fight and defeat Golovkin, threads about Kovalev would increase by 80 percent on this message board.

I'd bet anything you want that that isn't true. It is ridiculous to think there is any weight Mayweather could fight Kovalev at. Not at all comparable to requesting a fight with GGG.

In those five or six years, Pac was KTFO and had a pair of close fights with Bradley. The number of years older they got was the same, but their bodies went through entirely diferent things in those five or six years.
But actually **** this, because this is a thread about Mayweather talkin about GGG. Whether Pac would have won five or six years ago is completely irrelevant and independent of the topic of this thread.
