Arum is a smart man. He is just trying to position himself to get options on Golovkin fights. He knows damn well Ramirez isn't ready for GGG and would get destroyed.
Well it's the truth. Everybody agrees he hasn't fought anyone.
The arguments are about where to place the blame. One side blames GGG and his team for not doing enough to find challenges and the other side is blaming the big name fighters for not giving him a shot.
GGG fans: "no its not. GGG can't get NOBODY TO FIGHT HIM"
GGG's team then proceeds to use the high risk/low reward scenario against some fighters.
I am a fan of Golovkin but if he can't get good fights at 160 he really should move up.

Ward doesnt wanna fight him man. If he did, he wouldnt have said no to Hbo, and he would have produced an offer by now
