After the fight, Lara said he wants Golovkin, Miguel Cotto and Floyd Mayweather Jr... Therefore, Lara just diversified his 'offer'... It's true that DeCubas reiterated his fighter's willingness to fight GGG. But did DeCubas actually try to make any contacts with Loefler?Comment

I don't think so, but DeCubas is a manager not a promoter. Why doesn't LaFleur send an offer to Lara? After the fight, Lara said he wants Golovkin, Miguel Cotto and Floyd Mayweather Jr... If LaFleur actually tries to make the fght happen, he will find out soon enough if HBO approves Lara and if Haymon allows him to fight on HBO.Comment

Nobody is just gonna fight him just for the hell of it, if they are properly paid these fights will happen. Lara earnt a $m vs Rodriguez, why would he fight GGG for the same or less ? GGG has been built up to be this all conquering express train, the only issue with trains is they come to a halt, the more momentum they pick up the harder they break when they crash. I ain't sang Lara would beat GGG but when it comes to having to move up because no one is prepared to face him for a pittance GGG is gonna crash, hard.... Lara called out GGG just before his last Saturday fight in order to hype it...
... Ward is talking GGG just before his next Saturday fight in order to hype it...
... Once Lara had his fight he stopped calling GGG.
... The same will happen with Ward, starting with next Sunday...
... That is why Golovkin will continue to fight 'nobodies', as long as 'nobody' actually wants to fight him...
I enjoy watching GGG but you can't go around destroying middle weights and expect junior mids to get excited and jump in with you without being paid up for what could be a career ending fight.
You're right about Lara using his mouth unnecessarily, he is only doing what GGG does at the end of every fight and the build up to promoting his fights. Way he is doing though is leaving himself available should a mouth watering offer come along he is unable to refuse. That does not look like it is ever going to happen at this point as guys like Cotto, Canelo and Froch haven't had offers big enough to raise an eyebrow, let alone tempt them.Comment

... Golovkin fights on HBO only, as we all know. Therefore it's a simple issue: I think that HBO would agree over such a fight as long as Haymon lets Lara fight outside the TV networks contracted by PBC... Which I strongly doubt... But let's wait a few days more...Comment

Why won't you just tell everyone what network Canelo and Lara fought on? lol
It's a simple question.
You are already on the internet. This information is available online, if you really don't know.
I think that you do know what network they fought on lolComment

As you know, HBO doesn't throw its money around -- GGG was only paid $1.5 mln for his last fight (but before that he got paid quite poorly...)Nobody is just gonna fight him just for the hell of it, if they are properly paid these fights will happen. You are right, it seems that HBO is after the other party's money when it comes to backing up GGG (the recent Froch case is a good example...)Comment

Because everyone knows it. Why is it so important to you? What are you trying to say exactly?Comment
