The Main event just didn't live up to the expectations people had of the fight.

I dont understand the writers take on the walters Marriaga fight, its refreshing to see an unknown like Marriaga come in show pretty good boxing skills and be able to detonate some pretty huge right hands, Walters size difference made all the difference in that fight. Id like to see Marriaga against some other guys near his weight like Fampton and "fck boy santa cruz"

Boxing on 2 Different Networks at the same time is the dumbest thing ever! All the Saturdays in a year and you can't avoid not putting boxing on at the same time? Boxing barely has enough fans now, so splitting them won't help!

Cotto is not gonna share PPV dates. /Thread.

I like boxing on 2 networks it gives me options and more fights to view most likely.

However, yea that is going to mess the ratings up especially when talking premium cable which has a limited pool to begin with.

I just put on my DVR and stay off NSB and anything where i can find the results. That way i can watch sport all day and sometimes into the next day.

After Mayweathers so called "Fight of The Century" dud, the casuals will pass it over. And many casuals were exposed to Canelo vs Kirkland that following weekend.

Theres no one out there for Mayweather that could compete with Canelo vs Cotto. Pacquiao was the only one, but not after one of the worst megafights in boxing history.

Who ever wins Canelo vs Cotto takes over the PPV rankings. He will take over and call the shots.

The only people that dont like this are Mayweather fans and some Cotto nuthuggers.

This is the perfect opportunity to take over as biggest ppv attraction.

Can Cotto maximize his earnings with a split PPV date?

Your looking at one fight, who ever wins in September takes over as the PPV attraction. They call the shots.

There's no one else who can compete with Canelo vs Cotto, this is the perfect opportunity for either fighter to take the throne.
