Wilder does not have a horrid chin. He recovers pretty well and seems to take an OK shot from big guys. Its at least average.

Who exactly did Wilder fight to 'earn' his title shot? Tony Thompson would arguably be the best and certainly at least the second best name on Wilder's resume, including Stiverne.

In this day and age, you don't have to earn anything.

Surely Wilder is the best great Heavyweight Right? Because the Last 3 Great Heavyweights: Lennox Lewis, Vitali and Wlad all was said to have "WEAK CHINS" but yet had long reigns at the top at Heavyweight

        Just Saying

Wilder has MANY FLAWS but Chin is not that high on that list yet until he gets put on his back and can't get up and can't recover. Getting Wobbled doesn't = WEAK CHIN! Getting caught with something you did not see coming and getting knocked out doesn't = Weak Chin which is what happened to Lennox vs Rahman and it never happened again after Lennox tightened up his Defense. Wlad haven't been down since what 2004 vs Brewster so why do some still question his Chin as well?

Wilder needs to work on his Defense, if he get his Defense right he won't have to worry about his Chin holding up. On Offense, a inside game would help, where is the Inside Game? He doesn't have uppercuts inside or anything? He better study some Lennox Lewis!

You can't just back peddle when your opponent comes forward. Circle some times or even clinching is acceptable especially with him being such the taller man. Backing up like he does leaving his chin up is exactly how Rahman caught Lewis

Not shocked coming from an amateur poster. One fight changes everything right? SMH

Don't think many people really said Lewis had a weak chin and Wlad was down multiple times on the way up so it's kind of justified to say his chin is suspect. As for Vitali, where on earth have you got that from?! He was known to have an iron chin.

I think with Wilder, he was knocked out badly as an amateur and some have stated he's been knocked out multiple times in sparring (not fighting I know, but he's fought 33 stiffs). Therefore until he takes a clean shot from a big puncher, it's questionable how matchstick legs will hold up.

I don't think Wilder chin is great but the man can take a punch; while Price on the other hand can't take a punch worth nothing... I wouldn't mind Wilder fight Thomson first, but that may just really scare Price into hiding. Exactly where it's seems he's been since Thomson 2...

Wilder has a solid chin. Power shots from heavy handed Stiverne and Molina. DW would obliterate Price, not even close..

Wilder's lack of boxing skills should make any HW confident they can beat him.

I agree with some of what you said but your gonna lose a lot of people saying Vitali was thought to have a weak chin; the man had possibly one of the best chins in heavyweight history... And that's coming from someone who has citized both His and Wlad career or should I say unfourtane time of reign.

Price with that child jaw loses to Molina

Davey Price has the jaw of an infant and would be stopped by Eric Burro Molina quickly. Price is a disgrace.
