How does making lots of posts equate to knowledge? I could rewrite history but until I read a history textbook, I won't acquire any real knowledge.

As for one fight changing everything, aren't you supposed to base your judgements upon evidence, which come in the form of fights? For instance, if Paulie Malignaggi knocked Wilder out cold with a jab, would you still maintain Wilder had a respectable chin if you held that viewpoint initially? It would just be one fight after all...

      Just Saying

Wilder has MANY FLAWS but Chin is not that high on that list yet until he gets put on his back and can't get up and can't recover. Getting Wobbled doesn't = WEAK CHIN! Getting caught with something you did not see coming and getting knocked out doesn't = Weak Chin which is what happened to Lennox vs Rahman and it never happened again after Lennox tightened up his Defense. Wlad haven't been down since what 2004 vs Brewster so why do some still question his Chin as well?

Wilder needs to work on his Defense, if he get his Defense right he won't have to worry about his Chin holding up. On Offense, a inside game would help, where is the Inside Game? He doesn't have uppercuts inside or anything? He better study some Lennox Lewis!

You can't just back peddle when your opponent comes forward. Circle some times or even clinching is acceptable especially with him being such the taller man. Backing up like he does leaving his chin up is exactly how Rahman caught Lewis
Trainer is working on it. They know the issues..

You'd have thought he'd have noticed the clip he included of Vitali walking onto a flush uppercut from Lennox Lewis...

50/50 fight. Whoever lands the right hand first.
Wilders is quicker and more wide, Price has the better technique and timing.

          Seriously a true 50/50 shootout.

I never said it "changed everything." Would you rather I take nothing from a guy's latest fight? All I was saying is that a Wilder/Price fight is more intriguing to me now than it was a couple days ago, because I expected Wilder to look a lot more impressive against someone like Eric Molina. Like others have said on this thread, the first guy to land a big shot probably wins that fight.

The man could be kicked by a horse and still be standing... His chin was of its world! I truly believe he got as far as he did on the strength of that thing!

Wilder took a couple of heavy shots last night and came back with everything but the kitchen sink, how is it yall can call him a glass chinned bum on that performance ?

                Haters gonna hate n all.

Price is the definition of a glass chin, Thompson had zero power and Price appeared to have a mental breakdown inside the ring when he hit him. He literally quit, Maloney was so distraught he collapsed and cut his d1ck off a few weeks later. maybe Price was suffering before he entered the ring having accidentally seen Maloney's vagina, it could explain why he looked traumatised. Maybe he had the chop before the fight.

Vitali was as tough as they come, tougher. Though he couldn't take a mule kick, refer to his kickboxing career, impossible to KO though.

Yeah Mark Breland is a excellent trainer so I know Wilder will get better. He showed flashes of what he can be vs a better opponent in Stivernie. May have underestimated Molina ans get reckless trying to impress his hometown crowd.

If he is more Patient and let that jab do its job for him to set up the right, he is going to be a nightmare for anybody. If I was Price and others I would try to get him now while he has those flaws instead of waiting and letting him get better.

I think with Wilder, he was knocked out badly as an amateur and some have stated he's been knocked out multiple times in sparring (not fighting I know, but he's fought 33 stiffs). Therefore until he takes a clean shot from a big puncher, it's questionable how matchstick legs will hold up.
Of course I know that but Again just like people hold on to the Rahman KO over Lewis, they hold on to the Corrie Sanders match for Vitali and Lamont Brewster for Wlad

I don't agree with it but some fans use it against them especially when they get into discussions of All Time Great Heavyweights.

As for Wilder, yes I see the Amateur Video of him getting stopped and I've seen video of David Haye catching him and made it look like he was out on his feet. Getting caught fighting WILD is a Recipe for eventually getting knocked out. I agree with other fans who say "He Is A Knock Out Waiting To Happen". Yes he is if he continues to be wild and reckless. You can't see the punches coming back at you when you're just swinging wildly
