    ^^^ This.

    Exactly. Solid post.

Just because the two best guys in the division handidly beat your ass don't make you a bum.

As a fan of Wladimir myself I'll say this to you, you have literally no grounds upon which to moan when Wlad has treated us to defences against guys like Mormeck, Pianeta and planned defences versus guys like Chisora. It is fans like you that give Klitschko supporters a bad name on this site.

Wilder was facing a weak opponent in his hometown in his homecoming, he gets a pass for this fight, now you 'F-off' as you say in your own words, and deal with it.

Cunningham was screwed over in a fight that demanded stricter officiating, the fight should have been ruled a NC. To date that fight is still Fury's biggest career win, a fight in which he should have been disqualified. I found the outcome of all that mess a little disheartening, knowing an opponent can act as he did and his behaviour go unpunished, it wasnt as though it was a minor offence, it was unrelenting persistent cheating, goading. Fury looked desperately outclassed by a guy 6 inches shorter in height, reach disadvantage and not to mention the fact USS weighed around the limit of the weight class !

Great point. Whilst I wasnt overly excited by a Molina defence and whole heartedly refused to watch live as I wasnt expecting anything other than a first round blow out going off of Molina's previous track record, I understood why the fight was taking place.

These guys are generally dealt with in brutal and vicious fashion by the champ, hence why their is no demand for fights of this calibre involving title holders, yet it showed the gulf in class between the current champ and WBC title holder in Wilder's apparent issue getting Molina out of there sooner and dealing with scares along the way.

Wilder is a good prospect but truly is not ready for a challenge of the magnitude of Povetkin or Klitschko, as was apparent last night. Takes us back to the Stiverne fight, B-WARE didnt look at all himself that night, and maybe too much was made of that emphatic victory over a guy who convincingly and soundly handled Arreola in a manner in which he had never been dealt with before. Maybe a rematch with Stiverne would go some way to convincing and allaying fears over Wilder before his impending defence versus Povetkin or unification versus the champ.

Hopefully Wilder will look better against Minto in his next title defense. Work that jab like he did vs Stiverne.

          wow wilder looked really bad...

I don't think he'd thrown a deliberate counterpunch all night, I was seriously thinking he didn't know how to. Molina was wide open to be hit back but wilder just stepped back in straight lines pumping a sloppy jab and with his chin up in the air. he threw little body punches as well and his inside game was non existent

wilder's got the physical gifts though, he showed he has impressively speed for a heavyweight and the few hooks he threw looked like they could take someone's head off. I thought he'd be able to beat povetkin, but judging by his performance last night he won't. he'd have a puncher's chance against fury and klitschko but he needs a new trainer if he wants to be more

Wilder needs a better trainer, or he's there for the taking for any of Wlad, Povetkin and Fury. His defense is so sloppy and you can't afford that in a weight division where one shot is often all it takes.

I thought Wilder was far from impressive. That fight should of been over a lot earlier.

I think Povetkin watched that with a little smile on his face.

The compubox from last night showed why Wilder will cruise to an easy decision over Povetkin barring a crazy turn of events. Wilder threw double the punches and landed almost double the %. He destroyed that kid. That jab is a UD weapon like no other backed up by insane power..
