I love Cotto but prime Margarito always beats him. He was starting damage cotto badly again in their second fight but as soon as he started really firing on all cylinders the ref stopped the fight. cmon yall just accept it, plaster or not Margs beats Cotto.

As a Cotto fan, I hate how fellow fans act like the rematch was a big win for Cotto and as if it was anything more than a cheap money grab after Pacquiao ruined Tony. Even in the rematch, Margs was laughing his ugly mug off at Cotto's punches and he was CLEARLY gaining momentum towards the end. I lost all respect for Smoger that night. The ring doc was clearly wrong. Margs will still willing and ABLE to continue. He had a damn puffed up eye, how scary! Let's no act like boxers don't continue fighting with severe hematoma.

I've never understood lying to yourself like some fans do. I know the Lara fight could of gone either way and if anything Lara lost the fight more than Canelo won it but I'll admit it all. Some Cotto fans just don't have it in them, same as PAC fans.

Count me as one of the few who thought Cotto was slowing down in their second fight just as Tony was coming on.

I'd love to see a 3rd fight, but I seriously doubt Cotto would do it, even though he should.

There's a reason Margarito didn't have a tuneup before the second Cotto fight following the loss to Pac; they knew he was likely damaged goods and didnt want to risk the possibility of the fight not happening... too much money on the line.

Only fight Id like to see Marg come back for is maybe against DLH.
