child support is really hoe support
he has to move all his assets out of his name first... Then be in Mexico for life or until she dies...once he's back in the U.S. She can reopen the case...

But who says the state gets a cut? If she's on welfare and gets money from the state, then yeah the child support goes to the state, but not if she's never been on cash assistance...

My advice is get the **** out of ****kok quick and everything is cake.

He could do it standing on his head for not a ton of money.

After a week or two figuring stuff out, all he has to do is get off the tourist trail and those three months can become six easy.

The problem with having a lot of money in a poorer country is you don't watch it and it starts to evaporate fast.

P.S. In the future I think I am gonna do a month island hopping in the PI.
Talking to a bunch of dudes in ****kok who worked there and highly recommended it.

Oh one more note. Strange ***** can happen so tell him to check in once in a while on social media so people know where he's at. if something goes down and he can't call people can figure out where he is. i'd tell him not to go completely dark cuz ***** u never expect happens.

I paid my child support every month over a 14 year period and never missed a payment, and why? Simply because my ex-wife could say what ever she wanted to say about me but she was never ever going to claim that I was a deadbeat dad. And if it was up to her my boys would have been walking around with K-Mart shoes on so I also, on top of the child support, purchased most of their clothing as well.

A little side note. My youngest son is now grown and he was taking a trip recently and went and purchased himself a pair of new sneakers. When he got home he was happy and he informed me that the shoes only cost him $15.00. I asked why he wouldn't wear them kind of shoes when I was the one buying him $80.00 skateboard shoes? He never did answer the question.

Tarver should move to thailand . .6000$ a month is a joke.

That means that woman is making 72,000 a year on child support alone. He should be paying 1,200 a month.

Move to thailand and fight nobodys 3 times a year and live like a king.

Yea I told him that..can't completely disappear..especially in a third world country

I look forward to detouring to Thailand on my next PI trip and having beers on his fishing/house boat

It might be unethical, but if the children were living with him and he chose to live in a 2 bedroom apartment, there wouldn't be a damn thing anyone could do about it.
              The truth right here.
$600,000 is an insane amount of money for child support.

That's way too much money. I'd say $2000 is the most you can do, 6 grand is way too much a month.

                  WTF?
Does he still get to at least hit it every once and a while?
                  $600k to raise a kid?
There should be a cut off amount for money, and the rest goes towards education, food, etc.

These dudes are going broke and these women get to just sit at home and collect? If this chick is not working I would go for custody and kids with me?

If someone in Florida made 500k a year their payment would actually be more than 6k, believe it or not.

That's the law. Until it's changed, he'll be a deadbeat.
