just move to mexico, the US cant force him to pay sht over there.. child support is not about the kids, the state get a cut of the money too, and there's no way to check if females actually spend the money on the child. .greedy hoes. i don't understand why the court just doesn't leave the child with the father.. im sure tarver would have no need to put that woman on child support, hes more stable than her so let him raise his kid.

he has to move all his assets out of his name first... Then be in Mexico for life or until she dies...once he's back in the U.S. She can reopen the case...


But who says the state gets a cut? If she's on welfare and gets money from the state, then yeah the child support goes to the state, but not if she's never been on cash assistance...

I've done stuff like that as you know. Thailand is easy and can be really cheap if you don't get too caught up in doing whatever you want, whenever you want in ****kok.

My advice is get the **** out of ****kok quick and everything is cake.

He could do it standing on his head for not a ton of money.

After a week or two figuring stuff out, all he has to do is get off the tourist trail and those three months can become six easy.

The problem with having a lot of money in a poorer country is you don't watch it and it starts to evaporate fast.

P.S. In the future I think I am gonna do a month island hopping in the PI.

I paid my child support every month over a 14 year period and never missed a payment, and why? Simply because my ex-wife could say what ever she wanted to say about me but she was never ever going to claim that I was a deadbeat dad. And if it was up to her my boys would have been walking around with K-Mart shoes on so I also, on top of the child support, purchased most of their clothing as well.

A little side note. My youngest son is now grown and he was taking a trip recently and went and purchased himself a pair of new sneakers. When he got home he was happy and he informed me that the shoes only cost him $15.00. I asked why he wouldn't wear them kind of shoes when I was the one buying him $80.00 skateboard shoes? He never did answer the question.

That means that woman is making 72,000 a year on child support alone. He should be paying 1,200 a month.

$600,000 is what I'd expect someone to pay in a life time, for 3 children not one. I firmly believe that a father or mother should only have to pay what is necessary to maintain a reasonable standard of living and that the amount shouldn't continue to increase as the person's salary increases.

It might be unethical, but if the children were living with him and he chose to live in a 2 bedroom apartment, there wouldn't be a damn thing anyone could do about it.
