whats ur point he still wants to fight ggg i seriously cant comprehend why u guys wouldnt want to see this after whining none stop about people avoiding ggg now someone legit wants to fight him and hes silent. kinda exposes his whole big bad wolf thing hes got going when hes ducking a fighter thats smaller then froch. why people would not want to see the second best fighter in the world go about against the modern day forman/tyson of sorts the current wrecking ball of our generation when the guy has been begging for a big fight is beyond me. literally the only thing i can think of is they are scared ggg will lose otherwise why the hell wouldnt you ggg fans want the fight. it would instantly transcend ggg to top 3 pound for pound it would instantly turn him into a ppv star no matter who hes fighting. the reality is ggg and his fans are duck and excuse city when it comes to ward.

Just out of curiosity, how does fighting and beating Ward (hypothetically speaking of course) turn GGG into a PPV star?

First things first, Andre Ward can compete and beat anyone out there! However Andre you need to wake up, I mean WAKE UP! You have committed career suicide(from which you may be able to recover). Since your victory over Froch nearly 4 years ago you have fought only twice, a weight drained Dawson and Rodriguez(please). Now you choose to face Paul Smith a marginal middleweight, who is being forced to come to light-heavy to meet you(hahahahaahaha), it should be real competitve(lol). Froch has said he would not fight because you dont deserve the payday, its true. Froch has blossomed since his loss to you and has everyone calling his name because of the humongous fan base and riches beyond belief he earns for his fights. GGG is a small middleweight and you call his name, I wanna see the fight but you have done nothing to deserve, not that you dont have the talent, just you have done nothing to deserve it. I win over Smith will do nothing either. If you took the Froch, GGG, Kovalev path they would have to call out your name for a payday, you do possess the talent. Why have you wasted so many years and squandered som much in purses?

Froch knows he can't beat ward ...and what payday does he have that can beat a fight with ward ...none ....froch can not beat him with a ten year lay off ...he wasn't laud off because of ducking but bad contracts ...so stop the bs ....ward is still the best and if triple GGG can fight all bums then ward can get 2 warm ups

First of all, that quote anyone from 154 - 168 still stands, but moving down or moving up in weight only for a lucrative PPV fight, or you think GGG just moves up and down in weight all the time for peanuts? Fights like Floyd and Froch are worth it, but Ward is nowhere near PPV ready. He brings nothing to the table, not even fans, and he got removed from all the rankings due to inactivity.

Anyway, team GGG still contacted Roc Nation about the fight, and got the respond Ward needs tuneups and they dont know if he can make 168 ever again. How is GGG supposed to fight Ward, when Ward has been inactive for almost 2 years, is fighting at 172 and openly issued he needs at LEAST two tuneups to be ready for GGG? Tell me.

He did after winning that tournament and beating Dawson, albeit a shot, dead, version of him. Nowadays though he's a delusional idiot who can't be taken serious. He says he needs two more tune ups after this farce and I have no reason to believe his schedule will be much better than the past four years. Meaning he'll fight, at best, once a year.
