Paulie was the safe choice and the fight was an easy sell for New York.

Collazo arguably beat Hatton back in 2006.

By the way Garcia has ugliest boxing style.
Paulie was saved by the ref, that was important if Haymon needs Paulie to be the named B-side against his better guys like Thurman or even Broner 2.

Garcia's nex opponent in no particular order. Maidana, porter, or even a rematch with khan. What about brandon rios? I just wanna see a good decent fighter.

Chris is far from pathetic, went to the top in kick boxing, won a world title in boxing and we'll see how his career pans out from here. I'm 100% certain you're the pathetic one in comparison to Chris.

fascinating. you've been trying to push Danny-Paulie as some kind of competitive fight that we're all missing to see for the past 30 odd pages...you don't know what the **** you're seeing.

well this fight was a fucking fail.

Nothing exciting happened in this fight, we knew garcia power will carry him but at least put paulie to sleep.

Malignaggi looked terrible and Garcia really laboured to the stoppage, nothing good came from this fight.

Really thought Garcia was unimpressive from start to finish. He was struggling to land cleanly on Malignaggi, who was content to dance around the ring. Malignaggi's reflexes and speed looked good actually, but as expected brought basically nothing to the table offensively. Add that to the fact that the first undercard fight was horrid and a questionable TKO for Jacobs and you had a pretty meh-worthy night of boxing. Prichard Colon looked good though.
