No matter how you feel about him, Paulie's boxing mind is excellent. He's breaking down the fight like he was watching it and not in it.
Yeah lots of Paulie haters on here for whatever reason. Maybe they don't like what he says in the press or during his commenating. Too bad. He's a true pro, not a legendary champion, but a true professional fighter and that's awesome. Was pretty emotional to see him say he's probably done and how he started his career in Brooklyn and ended it here (I live here). He seemed to be on the verge of tears after he said that. I realize most people could give a flying f*** about that and his emotions and me caring about it, but that's too bad, also. It's posted and here forever.
Garcia wanted to test the real welterweight division not the 144lbs or so division. But why would he fight a fellow former 140lb at 147lbs? And funny thing is Garcia looked a lot bigger than Paulie. Not really a good way to test the waters at 147lbs.
A fight with collazo's a joke. Garcia needs to fight one of these top guys.
Absolutely, I've been saying it throughout the thread since the fight ended. Garcia needs to take on all top contenders in his weight. He should be saying this in the media, ala Tyson "Come one come all, how dare they challenge me with their primitive skills?" lol
Garcia beat another semi-retired Bum unimpresively, why he couldn't knock Malignagi out like porter? it would have been a 12 round fight but obviously another gift by Al hymon through refree.
