Super middleweight contender Paul Smith (35-5, 20KOs) is not delusional. He knows that his chances of outboxing Andre Ward (27-0, 14KOs) is practically non-existent. Smith challenges Ward on June 20th at the Oracle Arena in Oakland. It will be Ward's first fight since November 2013 and it takes place at a catch-weight of 172-pounds. Ward ducking Kov ? Silly comment ! Ward has not divulged his plans as to why he's fighting a couple of pounds higher than his weight class . Many suspect its because he has his sites on Kov . If that's the case then u dont jump from 168 to 174 all at once and ask for the best , rather , you'd do it gradually like he's doing .

More pointless than Cotto/Geale ? I know Cotto's victory was accompanied by much undue hype and fan fare but , me and a few others told everyone before the fight that Geale was a tomato , then u add the catch weight and oh boy !

Then why do GGG critics demand that he move up to 168,and his first fight should be ward,instead of gradually moving up to the division? Double standards?
