Wilder is the face of BET TV at that maybe.

Wilder has zero appeal in America and no one cares or even knows who the hell Wilder is anyway. Wilder has a face for radio and the brain of an acorn. Someone like GGG could be the face of boxing or Canelo. But Wilder has nothing to offer America and will be laughed at and become the butt of boxing jokes. Wilder once studied for an Urine test.

Deontay Wilder is destroying the respect he gained from defeating Stiverne by going back to fighting soft opponents.

Molina isn't even a top 50 heavyweight, according to the BoxRec computer.

I think there might be some truth to this. Almost like they're trying to build a fan base in his hometown before really getting to work. At the same time, his resume is pretty soft, but it's a weak divison that just started showing signs of a resurgence with new talent. Champions face weak opposition all the time, so we'll see. Maybe he'll be one of the fighters who fights 4 or 5 times a year and 3 of those are bullsh** stay busy fights. Who knows.
