Lara is a low risk easy opponent for Ggg, so not sure what your point is there. But what's your guess, why won't he make it happen by grabbing a mando spot?
Sure you didn't take it seriously, but GGG and his team did. WHen you discussed it, you never once posted that being the mando was a condition of making a fight.

You are doing it now for the reasons stated before. He doesn't need to be GGG's mando for GGG to make a fight with him.

If Lara was a low risk opponent for GGG the fight would've happened a year ago when this thread was made.

No Gggs people are not paying millions for walkover opponents, unless they bring a belt or something

Again if Lara were a walkover opponent, the fight would've been made already. He can move and box. The movement might tire GGG out and Lara could steal a win. I don't think that is likely but its possible.

Anything is possible, Floyd could get shut out and ktfoed in a rematch with Guerrero which is why we haven't seen it, right? That's how much sense you're making

So now you resort to just being plain ******ed because you can't refute the the fact Lara has the style to beat GGG.

to your childish and ******ed point; two big differences:

            1. Floyd already dominated Ghost while GGG has never defeated anyone as good as Lara, even though he has beaten fighters bigger. A rematch isn't plausible.

            2. No one on NSB is asking for another Ghost/Floyd fight while Lara/GGG is a fight that has been discussed for well over a year and the discussion peaks everytime GGG is avoided.

The only people that don't want a Lara/GGG fight are GGG fans. My guess is its because Lara could stink it up and win or lose and not get KTFO. there is no reason why his fans would be against a "easy walkover"since these are the only fights he is in.

Why are you selective in which walkovers you want?

lara's style did awfully well against alfredo angulo . angulo, of course, does nothing better than golovkin. can't hit harder, move faster, jab better or more, cut off the ring better, less amateur experience, he's a JMW. if there's anything that i'm missing others can chime in, but i can't think of a solitary thing that angulo does better than golovkin. and lara struggled horribly with angulo.

he was on the canvas twice, legitimately slowed down by body shots, and found himself on the ropes constnatly.

it's a much more important distinction to say that we've seen lara struggle mightily with golovkin's style than it is to say that you think golovkin would struggle with lara's.

lara is going to be a huge dog if the fight gets made. i won't cry abot the fight if it gets made, either. it's just a reality that he's a 154 lber who went life and death with a shot angulo, and being hyped to the moon because people are afraid of gennady golovkin, and need a boogyman to help them feel safe

lara actually does best against boxers. styles make fights. lara's a great boxer and a great counterpuncher. he's acutally best at fighting other counterpunchers, because his skills and talents lend themselves to being the better counterpuncher.

a lot of you genuinely don't know what it means to say "styles make fights." it takes years to look at a fighter's performances, record, and develop a decent idea of what it's going to look like when his style meshes with another fighters whose abilities and record you've scrutinized.

golovkin would actually have the toughest time with somebody who could make him back up. styles make fights.

I agree with you there.....There arent many people capable of backing him up at 160....not many reputed punchers or iron chinned swarmers.

160 has a lot of feather fisted guys

personally I'd like to see Golvkin fight Lara...its better than the Rosado's and Monroes of the world

Answer: triangle. Question: what are theories that do not work.

Never did I post GGG would struggle with Lara's style. Please stop making things up and responding rather than responding to what was posted. I said its possible, but not likely, he could lose that way.

GGG isn't scary, he's an opportunist that fights low caliber opponents when he doesn't get the fights he wants. Lara, Ward and others are willing to fight him even though some top names are not.

I agree with your opinion about what style GGG would have the toughest time with. That said, if it takes all that time to judge styles, why are you wasting type pontificating on what style you think is most difficult for GGG? you've had the same amount of time as me.

the fact remains that Lara seems willing to fight GGG (purse request is a lil high) and GGG has no opponent. Seems doable at this time.

I would too. Would like to see how GGG handles a hit and run fighter like Lara. It would be interesting to see if he could cut off the ring with someone of Lara's caliber. Don't see this fight happening as much as I would like to see it. Beating down Lara would only add to GGG list of "unworthy" contenders. Lara is great but IMHO would be no match for GGGs power. Until he fights someone "acceptable" by the discriminating boxing public and/or promoters he'll be labeled as a champion who "hasn't fought anybody yet."
