If he's confident in his skills, he needs to start making some noise. Waiting around for the big money fights won't help.
He should keep fighting and blasting dudes away until the big money fights start to show up.
That is unless team is advising him to hold out until the big payday comes.

Al Haymon got into his ear, the same way he got to Chavez.
Top rank def didn't want to lose Chavez, or Garcia.
But with Garcia they know they have something special, where as with Chavez, he's a complete pain in the ass anyway, and Top Rank is 100% responsible for his success.
