Wilder will be another stay-at-home fighter. He's always been very protected and will continue to be.

The WBC will comply by always having at least one weak HW in their top 15 for Wilder to fight.

Molina is ranked below the top 50 on BoxRec - he's currently the poorest WBC ranked heavyweight, that's why Wilder is fighting him.

Minimal talents from top to bottom!
They all have chance to land their "big right hands" and thats about all they
            have.
No combinations, no tearing down the opponents conditioning and no defensive skills other than being "tall"!

Everyone one these "oversized" heavies are ordinary talents and if they fought in a more competitive era they would be fringe contenders.
Not one I see has a chin and comes to fight every round hard! Not one!

Ordinary era filled with mediocre talents. Just watch their form look at their expressions when punches are thrown at them. They look like deer in headlights!

If Wilder wants to do "hometown cooking" big deal! They all do it but if he wants to get better (if thats possible) he needs to take on the top 6 rated men. We'll see!

            Ray.

Molina is #44 on BoxRec. Not very good. But let's keep things in perspective. Fury is fighting for Wlad's belts this year and his BEST win was Chisora, currently ranked 15th. Wilder's best win, Stiverne, is ranked 10th. Wilder has a better resume than the guy who is fighting for the title next.

Remember when everyone was saying Povetkin was a dominant force when he knocked out Perez. The great, legendary monster Mike Perez is currently ranked 25th. Jennings just gave Wlad his best fight in years and his best win was Szpilika, currently 13th.

All these guys fight gimme fights. It's the name of the game.

Chisora was ranked way higher when Fury fought him, besides Wilder only has one good win. At least Fury was consistently fighting at European level instead of cab drivers.

Interesting. You mean the great Nicolai Firtha? Who Wilder KO'd in 4 rounds? Martin Rogan? Vinny Madalone? Joey Abbell?

I read that he wanted to fight in his hometown of Tuscaloosa but the University didnt want it. Hopefully they let him for his future fights, its a very proud sports town and could sell out the venue (15,000 seats)
