Is the WBO in Arums pocket? why did they strip floyd so fast

Its been a lil over a month and they already stripped Floyd of the belt, I think he owed them 250,000 in sanctioning fees if im not mistaken

Outside of Floyd all of the past WBO champions at ww were apart of Arum's promotional company...Pacquaio, Bradley, Margarito, Cotto, ..now Bradley and Vargas who he promotes are fighting for the vacant belt.

I thought he was vacating it... but if he didn't make it official, then it's not official.

Honestly who cares? Let them have it. It'll be useless anyway. Everyone knows who the real champion is

Of course they are. But they extended it so floyd can still pay them if he wants

WBO was apart of the lawsuit against Haymon. No doubt they were a front for Arum

I think they favor Arum. If you look at their Champions it is mostly Top Rank and guys who fight on HBO. They wanted to strip the belt and put it up for the Bradley vs Vargas fight

WBC and WBA seem to let Haymon fighters do what they want as well and don't force them to take Mandatory's or anything so all these Belt Organizations are Corrupt and is just looking for their Cut

According to WBO rules, if you hold a title- ANY TITLE, at a different weight class, you have 10 days to decide which title you wish to keep. In Floyd's case he would have to vacate all his 154 titles to hold on to the WBO strap. Floyd has had considerably more than 10 days to make his decision not to mention that he stated his intention to vacate the titles after the Pac fight. There is no blame for anyone here, just an organization applying it's rules.

That is a very rare thing to see, especially when Floyd is concerned, so it's understandable that people are confused.
