These arguments are just hilarious. People who start these are people who have never been in a street fight probably. But I do beg the question, who gives ONE ****? Is this site called "Street-fightscene.com"? No it's "boxingscene.com" so let's talk boxing not veiled floyd hating bull****. Want to know what works best in a street fight? What style? Any goddamm style that's what. Eye gouging, biting, nut punching, ear pulling, whatever Gd works to win. UFC tries to sell their bs as "real fighting". Give me a break. I didn't know in "real fighting" you couldn't stomp on someone's head or knee them in the head when down or elbow them in certain ways lol. Mma sold that bull**** to its fans. No dude, Brian was prolific as a street fighter, in fact he was unbeaten on the streets coming into his Tuesday Night Fights mega-bout. He was like Rigondeaux or Lomachenko are to the amateurs -- Brian was that way to the streets

Boxing is an incredibly hard sport to compete in, but the basics are easy to learn. If you practice them, they will prepare you for 90% of the BS you're likely to run into. I can't say this for any other discipline, though every tradition has its pros and cons.

If you rewatch in slow motion, you will see the old dude didn't connect cleanly and if you also look carefully you can tell the guy throwing the punch had a torn rotator cuff. The old dude knocked down a dude with one arm.

Headbutt will land before any punch and is easy to get on target and can be devastating.

It's always the best opener with someone up in your face which is usually the case in street fights.
