It seems Robert has been facing some big tragedies within his close family.

He said he was really close to his cousin and that must have been hard losing her a week before the fight.

Damn didnt realise that, R.I.P to his cousin, must be tough to get up for a fight when that happens suddenly. Props to guererro though he did win the fight but was close, martinez was out of gas since the knockdown.

I hope guerrero takes time off and fights at the end of the year or early next year, hes had two tough fights and with the death he needs time to recover.

Whoa thats crazy. Sorry bro. But it seems like your grandma prob had some heart condition that was never diagnosed this is usually the case. most celebs get to catch it after their first heart attack and then they turn things around with all the medical help possible. I remember it happened to Everlast the rapper from House of Pain when he was in his late 20's he had a heart attack and then they found out he had a condition.

Yea, that's the impression I got. His mind wasn't in the fight until the last few rounds. Totally reminds me of the weekend my best friend died at 30y/o of organ failure. I had a motorcycle course/class the next day and I planted the bike on top of me. Shook my head in disbelief there on the ground, got my thoughts together. I was supposed to fail at that point but after convincing the instructors I was fine and just distracted they let me do it over and I placed 2nd of 15. Anyhow, reading this thread reminded me of that in a haunting way.
