Its more accurate to say you have a job and your boss promised you are next in line to be promoted. You are the best worker your company has and yet, these guys below you who aren't as good get promotions before you. You even have a contract that states you're next to be promoted. But it doesn't come.

Remember, Golovkin has been patiently waiting for a shot at the lineal title. Martinez wouldn't fight him and now Cotto, meanwhile guys like Geale and Canelo are getting shots at the title, but not Golovkin who is the best in the division. How can you blame Golovkin for "nagging" for a shot at the title that he is #1 challenger for and mandatory? This is his job, to unify the titles. Boxing has turned full on ******ed when fans don't want unifications.

I agree with everything you said but nobody is putting Canelo/Cotto in jeapordy for GGG. That's just the reality of the situation. He can unify the other belts and fight the winner.

Team Golovkin making a huge mistake trying to force Cotto hand, they will never get a fight because of that considering how demanding Cotto is all of a sudden. Just like Cotto walked away from the Canelo negotiation and stopped returning their calls he will do the same to GGG Team. The man has made it clear that he will do things His Way or No Fight.

They are forcing the WBC to enforce their regulations regarding mandatory defenses. Cotto does not have to do anything. He doesn't even have to vacate because he will be stripped. Cotto can walk away all he wants, it will only make him look like he is afraid to fight Golovkin. Which is the truth after all.

I remember him being introduced as the WBC champion last night. If he vacates that title, he is no longer a champion. IF there is a title that means shit, it is the lineal title. I've never seen anyone carry it into the ring, have you?
