Has a lesser known fighter in the main event needs a big undercard ala Mauweather-Guererro and Mayweather-Maidana 1.

Mayweather has literally said "I'm going to fight a solid guy, not a top top guy, and I'm looking to stack the undercard with world title fights" he literally said that in a fight hype interview.

The undercard will help sell the card.

It's the fights that don't need to be sold that don't have the big undercards.
