Watch Canelo vs Kirkland. I get everyone wants GGG vs Cotto, but Cotto specifically said Canelo was next and if GGG was available after, he would be next.

The Canelo that fought Kirkland would be destroyed by Cotto. I'm on the fence with GGG vs Cotto. Cotto is my favorite fighter, but I feel GGG might take him. However, Canelo vs Cotto and GGG vs the winner will be more competitive fights than we've seen in boxing for a long time with as much at stake.

I didn't used to think that Cotto stood a shot against Genady but after their last two fights, I'm inclined to think that Cotto is the superior fighter at the moment.
Whether or not the catchweight had an effect, Cotto looked good. Solid gameplan and boxed well.

I just think most of us believe Golovkin is skilled enough with his accuracy and technique to beat Cotto. Golovkin would be the biggest puncher Cotto faces, no?

I agree I just wonder about Cottos stamina, oddly enough I wonder about Canelos against GGG too, if both guys had Margaritos cardio, I think both would murk ggg...

I agree, I think my boy Ward would have a few shaky moments but he'd show he's on another level & send Kovelev to the Cruisers where he belongs...
