Your right but who would make the most money for him on his next fight with the least amount of risk, khan or brook? Obviously khan. Meanwhile brook will be fighting Rios and if he wins he would likely get pacquiao in a match early next year because hes been fighting every few months while mayweather only fights twice a year on Mexican holidays. The most money mayweather could possibly make for his 50th and last fight will be against pacquiao especially if pacquiao can take the Ibf title off kell brook. Even kell brooks own promoter said kell brook isn't a big enough name in the states go get a mayweather fight, especially compared to khan but brook definitely poses the biggest risk.ayweather could easily take out khan in Sept and that would probably be his biggest payday and then fight the winner of pacquiao kell brook in may next year

Lol @ pac fans. People trying to conversate about a possible matchup for the undisputed welterweight championship and all they can do is cry about #48. Your guy was so last month. Nobody is thinking about Pac.He just lost 10-2 in an uneventful schooling.

Take your tears to the master thread. Let boxing fans talk about real fights.

It doesn't Matter. Mayweather plans to retire as the Undisputed Welterweight Champion of the World. Mayweather vs Brook is happening. 49-0. No more after that. September is his last fight.

i get where ur coming from, but keeping the WBO title has implications and so does keepn the 154lb titles. The WBO implies that he just might unify 147 and the 154lb titles might imply he wants to become a 3 weight Champ. This article is about an extension to decide what he intends to do, meaning Floyds still weighing his options. I highly doubt Khan gets the fight btw.

That is primarily JJsmyth87. He is probably butthurt. Kinda reminds me of Rath. Rath's Butthurt level was off the charts. No one came close to the level of Butthurt that Rath came to.

I don't think Brook is an easy sell at all. He's not that vocal, not well known in the US, he's kind of low-key.

Having said that, if Mayweather wants it, I don't see Showtime vetoing it.

For their next act, the WBO will force Mayweather to vacate his lineal claim to JMW. He must contact the RING and TBRB and instruct them to list the JMW throne as vacant.

It doesn't matter because it is mayweathers final fight. Somebodies 0 has to go, and it is a unification fight for all the belts in the Welterweight Division.

You can go ahead and think that. Real boxing fans know that mayweather actually landed less punches in the fight, and it was clear pacquiao was landing the harder punches. Even the fans who were there, including Shane Mosley who predicted Floyd to win thought pacquiao won. Pacquiao was robbed. I think the ShowTime caitlyns really got in Jim lampley and max kellermans heads, saying mayweather was schooling pacquiao while mayweathers punches were bouncing off pacquiaos gloves and pacquiao was returning way more effective aggression and hard punches that hurt mayweather the whole fight. Pacquiao had the better defense and also stunned mayweather many times which mayweather couldn't do once to pacquiao. You stans can live in denial all you want it doesn't change what happened in that ring
