Why do you dig it. Do you have something against them. What's it to you? I just want to see the best fights - I could care less how much money they make - that's why they have managers whose job it is to look after them.

Of course it's smart from the Garcia's view point to go for the money - but again what's your interest? You getting some of that bill? You prefer that Garcia gets paid better than to see a better quality fight? What are you - a boxing fan or Garcia's accountant?

I don't ask that top guys constantly fight each other. That has never happened and probably never will in pro Boxing - but I'm not going to condone that they pay step aside fees and then keep avoiding their mandatories.

I think many people who complain about the sanctioning bodies are the same people who hate their bosses at work and hate big business and hate any powerful organization they have no control over. They just feel this need to hate any kind of authority. It makes then feel like big tough guys. They were probably picked last for the team in pick up games at school and never won anything worth winning so the titles are meaningless to them as well. But if they ever did win some kind of meaningful award, it would become the biggest event in their lives.

Danny has 2 options ...

1. Drop the titles and move up to Full Welterweight and fight Paulie. A fight he should win, but might be a bad style match up for him.

2. Take the fight at 140 and defend against a Postol. A fight he should and would win.

No More of these non sense 143 lb catchweight.

And LOL at some of you guys thinking Postol would stop Danny. Postal is not heavy handed. Postal is not a defensive fighter and is not known for a strong chin. He's known as a tall junior welterweight who throws a lot of punches. A perfect victim for Garcia's heavy counter shots.

Why didn't he fight him then? he was quick to sign the Salka contract, but no Postol.
